I spend many wonderful days with my husband (Peter) and our daughter (Kaia) on our boat, Viaggio. We love exploring the gorgeous Pacific Northwest together...there is an adventure to be had at every anchorage and marina. The time on our boat connects us as a family and rejuvenates my personal and professional soul.

Kaia and I love to find and prepare fun snacks and creative meals in our galley. This blog will highlight our favourite foodie encounters and the stories of our wonderful (and sometimes nerve-wracking!) journeys on the sea!

Sea Blush Cafe - Montague Harbour Marina

Enjoying Lunch!

Yesterday we had a nice lunch at Sea Blush Cafe. They had a really fun way of serving nacho fixings...the beans, guacamole, sour cream and salsa came layered in a canning jar. This would be a very smart way to pre-pack nacho dips to enjoy underway or at Happy Hour!

My daughter (Kaia) and I really enjoy cooking on our boat, Viaggio. Once we get the boat stowed, its up to our imaginations to create interesting snacks and meals from what we have stowed on board or can find along the way. We love finding great food and local products whenever we come ashore (or if we are really lucky, straight from the sea!).
